Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I’m not based in SF. Should I attend Admin Bash? Isn’t it just a big party?

A: Admin Bash isn’t just a party … it’s THE party! Besides serving up good food, tasty drinks, entertainment, and legit swag, Admin Bash offers attendees the opportunity to connect with Ninjas in person and learn about game-changing products and services. Each year, we see more and more Ninjas flying in to be a part of the celebration. It’s worth it. It’s also the perfect way to cap off two full days of deep learning at OfficeNinjas Con. Admin Bash takes place right after OfficeNinjas Con ends, and Con attendees are all invited to attend. Check out our All-Access Pass for more information.

Q: Are tickets refundable or transferable?

A: We can process refund requests up until January 31, 2020. And we can transfer your ticket to another Ninja up until April 10, 2020. Email us at before those respective dates for a refund or transfer request.

Q: Will tickets sell out?

A: Admin Bash is one of our most popular annual events, attended by Ninjas from around the country! Sell out is inevitable. Be sure to get your ticket while prices are their lowest.

Q: Can you mail me my swag bag if I can’t make it or allow an attending colleague to pick it up for me?

A: You must attend Admin Bash to receive your swag bag. We cannot ship swag bags for no-shows or send them home with attending colleagues. All remaining bags are donated to charity immediately after the event.


Q: Where should I stay? Is there a special hotel rate?

A: A special rate will be available at a nearby hotel. We’ll share information on the location and rate soon. Subscribe for updates.

Q: What should I wear? Do I need to bring anything?

A: Many of our attendees wear business casual or whatever they feel comfortable celebrating in! All you need is your ticket or phone for check-in — and be prepared to take a fully-packed swag bag home with you!
