OfficeNinjas All-Star Awards is an online search for the most creative and strategy-minded executive assistants, office managers, administrative business partners, operations coordinators, and all other Admin+ professionals in the United States and Canada.
From thousands of nominations, we select five outstanding individuals and one stellar team to publicly recognize with an in-depth OfficeNinjas feature interview, global bragging rights, and a lavish prize package.

What’s an All-Star?
Following a nomination process, OfficeNinjas HQ selects five outstanding Admin+ professionals and one stellar Admin+ team to receive All-Star recognition during Admin+ Month. In addition to worldwide praise and bragging rights, OfficeNinjas All-Star winners receive an engraved award plaque, a featured interview, and an incredible prize package.

Who’s Eligible?
Remarkable Administrative and Operations professionals from anywhere in the U.S. and Canada are eligible. This includes (but isn’t limited to) office managers, executive assistants, administrative business partners, administrative assistants, operations leaders, workplace experience managers, and virtual/remote assistants.
Eligible teams consist of two or more Admin+ professionals who collaborate frequently.
How to Get Nominated
Managers, coworkers, and peers can nominate individuals or teams. (We have a handy Nomination Request Email Template you can use.) And self-nominations are very much encouraged.
For team nominations, submit one application per team. Answer the questions collaboratively, but choose a team captain to hit send.

We commission a team of local artists in the San Francisco Bay Area to handcraft a custom engraved plaque for our All-Star team and each of our individual All-Stars.
